Q: What are the measurements of this Saint Laurent Medium Envelope Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 24 cm wide × 18 cm high × 4 cm deep. These are the measurements for this specific pre-owned piece and may differ from those published for other Envelope versions.

Q: What can I fit inside the bag?
A: Its compact dimensions make it suitable for a small selection of essentials, such as a phone, slim cardholder, keys and lipstick. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings; the 4 cm depth means bulky purses and larger cosmetic pouches may be impractical. Check your phone dimensions, including its case, against the bag measurements.

Q: Can the Medium Envelope Bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: The Envelope model features a sliding chain strap that allows shorter shoulder carrying or a longer single-strap configuration. This piece has listed strap measurements of 30/60 cm. Crossbody comfort and where the bag sits will depend on your height, build and clothing.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: What colour is this bag?
A: This Saint Laurent Medium Envelope Bag is black, as confirmed in the product information.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as Italy.

Q: Does the bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included with this piece, as stated in the product information. A dust bag, box or authenticity card is therefore not included.

Q: How should I care for and store the bag?
A: Avoid abrasive surfaces, oils, perfume, make-up, solvents and generic cleaning products. Keep it away from prolonged sunlight, direct heat and humidity. When not in use, store it upright in a breathable protective bag, purchased separately, and lightly pad it with tissue paper to help preserve its shape.

Q: Can I use the bag in the rain?
A: Avoid exposing it to rain or water. If it becomes wet, gently blot the moisture with a soft, neutral-coloured cloth without rubbing, and let it dry away from direct heat. Do not assume the bag is waterproof.
