Saint LaurentRive Gauche Nadja Bag

Q: What typically fits inside the Saint Laurent Rive Gauche Nadja Bag?
A: With measurements of approximately 28 x 17.5 x 3 cm, this bag is best suited to daily essentials such as a phone, a card holder or slim wallet, keys, sunglasses, and a few small beauty items. Its slim profile means it is not ideal for bulkier pieces such as a tablet, water bottle, or larger purse.

Q: Can this bag be worn comfortably on the shoulder?
A: Yes. It features a single flat shoulder strap with an approximate drop of 23 cm, making it suitable for shoulder wear.

Q: What are the main design details of this bag?
A: This vintage bag is crafted in pink suede with silver-tone hardware, a black textile lining, and a magnetic flap closure. It is made in Italy.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: The exterior is in good condition with visible rubbing and darkening on the suede. The interior is in very good condition with light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does suede require special care?
A: Yes. Suede is softer and more delicate than smooth leather, so it is best kept away from rain, damp surfaces, and heavy friction. Use a soft suede brush very gently, avoid overfilling the bag, and store it in its dust bag when not in use.

Q: Is colour transfer a concern with a pink suede bag?
A: It can be. Light-coloured suede may pick up dye from dark denim, coated fabrics, or damp clothing more easily than smooth leather. To help preserve the finish, avoid rubbing the bag against dark garments and keep it dry.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: This item includes the dust bag and authenticity card listed in the product information.

Q: Is this a good everyday size or more of an occasion bag?
A: It works best as a compact shoulder bag for essentials rather than a large everyday carryall. Its slim shape makes it especially well suited to lunches, evenings out, gallery visits, or adding a vintage statement to daywear.

Q: Does this listing show a serial number?
A: A serial number is not provided in this listing. On vintage Saint Laurent pieces, serial markings can vary by era and style, so if this detail is important to you, we recommend requesting additional product information before purchase.

Q: How do you authenticate this bag?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is carefully reviewed by in-house experts for materials, construction, hardware, and brand details, so you can shop vintage with confidence.
