Q: What size is this Chanel 2.55 Jumbo CC Crave Single Flap Bag?
A: This bag measures 32 cm wide, 20 cm high and 9 cm deep. Use these item-specific measurements when comparing it with other Chanel Jumbo bags, as dimensions can differ between styles.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and a small make-up pouch. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and the internal layout; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Is this a single-flap or double-flap bag?
A: This item is listed as a single-flap bag, rather than a double-flap version. Please refer to the product photographs for its opening and interior layout.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: This item is categorised as a shoulder bag. A separate strap length is not provided, so crossbody suitability cannot be confirmed. If crossbody wear is important to you, ask for a strap measurement before purchasing.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing on the corners and edges, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is the bag, and where was it made?
A: This bag is listed as red, with Italy recorded as its country of origin.

Q: Does it come with a box, dust bag or authenticity card?
A: No accompanying accessories are specified in the product information. Please confirm what is included before purchasing rather than assuming a box, dust bag or authenticity card is supplied.

Q: Can the production year be confirmed?
A: No serial number or production year is provided in the product information, so this particular bag cannot be dated from the available details.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Use a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish. Protect the bag from prolonged sunlight and moisture; if it gets wet, gently dry it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a protective pouch, lightly supported with tissue paper, and wrap any chains or straps to prevent marks.
