Q: What are the measurements of this pouch?
A: This pouch measures approximately 25 cm wide and 16 cm high. The listed strap measurement is 15 cm.

Q: What fits inside the Neverfull Pouch?
A: Its slim shape is suited to small essentials such as cards, receipts, lipstick and a phone, depending on the phone's dimensions and case. Bulky wallets and large bunches of keys will reduce the available space, so avoid overfilling it.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: Is this the complete Neverfull bag or just the pouch?
A: This listing is for the Louis Vuitton Damier Azur Neverfull Pouch only, not the Neverfull tote. The pouch can be used separately as a clutch or to organise small essentials inside another bag.

Q: Can I use this pouch as an everyday clutch?
A: Yes. The Neverfull Pouch is designed to work as a standalone clutch as well as an organiser inside a larger bag. It is a practical option when you only need a few essentials rather than a full handbag.

Q: What condition is this particular pouch in?
A: This pre-owned pouch is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What is included with this pouch?
A: A dust bag is listed in the product information. A box and authenticity card are not listed as included.

Q: Where was this pouch made?
A: The country of origin recorded for this particular pouch is Italy.

Q: Is Damier Azur susceptible to colour transfer?
A: Yes. Louis Vuitton advises that light-coloured Damier Azur canvas is particularly susceptible to colour transfer from highly pigmented materials. Avoid prolonged contact with dark denim, dyed fabrics and other items that may release colour.

Q: How should I clean and store this pouch?
A: Gently wipe the coated canvas with a soft, light-coloured cloth lightly dampened with clear water, avoiding any leather parts. Do not use solvents, alcohol-based products or leather creams on the canvas. Store it in its dust bag away from moisture, direct sunlight and heat.
