Q: What are the measurements of this Balenciaga Classic Mini City Graffiti Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 29 cm wide, 20 cm high and 10 cm deep, with an 11 cm handle drop and a 53 cm strap drop. These measurements apply to this particular item, so use them rather than measurements from other Mini City listings.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: It should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, compact purse or cardholder, keys and a few small cosmetics. Capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; bulky cases and pouches will take up more space.

Q: Can I wear this bag on the shoulder or across the body?
A: The detachable shoulder strap offers an alternative to carrying the bag by its two top handles. Its listed drop is 53 cm. Shoulder and cross-body fit will depend on your height, clothing and preferred carrying position, so compare this drop with a bag you already find comfortable.

Q: What material and colour is this bag?
A: It is made from white graffiti-print leather with dark-tone metal hardware and whipstitched top handles. The interior has black fabric lining. Please refer to the product photographs for the appearance of the print and the visible discolouration.

Q: Does this bag have a zip closure and pockets?
A: Yes. It has a top zip closure, an exterior front zip pocket and one internal zip pocket, offering separate spaces for smaller belongings.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This item is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior shows discolouration and wear on the corners, edges and handles, while the interior has light traces of use. The hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these details before purchasing.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a dust bag, mirror and shoulder strap as included. A box and authenticity card are not listed as included.

Q: Has this bag been authenticated?
A: Yes. A Retro Tale's product information confirms that the bag's authenticity has been checked and verified by experts with over 10 years of experience in vintage and luxury bags.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country-of-origin label is listed as Italy.

Q: How should I clean and store this graffiti-print leather bag?
A: Gently remove surface dust with a soft, dry, natural-coloured cloth and store the bag in its dust bag away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid contact with water and do not scrub the graffiti print. Before using any cleaner or conditioner, seek specialist advice on its suitability for this finish, particularly when treating the existing discolouration.
