Q: What are the measurements of this Gucci GG Charmy Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 35 cm wide, 20 cm high and 8 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 20 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its measurements, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; laptop fit has not been confirmed.

Q: Can I carry this Gucci Charmy on my shoulder or crossbody?
A: The listed handle measurement is 20 cm. Shoulder comfort will depend on the handle clearance, your build and clothing. No separate shoulder strap is listed, so crossbody wear is not confirmed for this item.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor wear on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?

Q: How should I clean and care for this Gucci bag?
A: Gucci recommends gently wiping handbags with a soft, dry cloth after use and avoiding cleaning or protective products that could alter their appearance. Keep the bag away from direct light, heat, humidity, rain and rough surfaces. As the material is not specified in the product information, ask Gucci for material-specific advice before attempting deeper cleaning.

Q: How should I store this bag between uses?
A: Store it away from direct light, heat and humidity, and do not place other items on top of it. Gucci recommends using a flannel dust bag to help protect against scratches. No dust bag is included with this item, so one would need to be supplied separately.
