Q: What are the measurements of this Gucci GG Scarlett Hobo Bag?
A: The bag measures 32 cm wide × 20 cm high × 10 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 16 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and a small make-up pouch. Usable capacity depends on the opening, interior layout and the size of your belongings.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: This item is listed as a shoulder bag, with a handle measurement of 16 cm. Shoulder fit will depend on your build and clothing. No separate crossbody strap is included.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, the interior has stains, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs for a closer look at these signs of wear.

Q: What colour is the bag, and where was it made?
A: The listed colour is beige, and the country of origin is Italy.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other extras?
A: No accessories are included with this item, so it does not come with a dust bag or box. Please refer to the product information for confirmation of what is included.

Q: How is the bag authenticated?
A: A Retro Tale guarantees the authenticity of the items it sells. Its experts carefully review the craftsmanship and details of each piece as part of its authentication process.

Q: How should I clean this bag and deal with the interior stains?
A: Gucci recommends gently wiping handbags with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding cleaning or protective products that could alter their appearance. For the existing interior stains, seek material-specific advice from Gucci or a specialist handbag cleaner rather than attempting aggressive stain removal at home.

Q: How should I store and protect this bag?
A: Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and rough surfaces. Store it in a suitable fabric dust bag, purchased separately, and avoid placing other items on top. Do not force the handle into a sharp bend. If the bag gets wet, gently dry it straight away with a soft cloth.
