Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Artsy MM?
A: This bag measures 42 cm wide, 30 cm high and 17 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 15 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside the Artsy MM?
A: Its roomy shape is suitable for everyday essentials such as a purse, phone, keys, sunglasses and a small toiletry pouch, with space for additional items depending on how you pack. Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this item, so compare your device and case with the listed measurements and allow for the bag’s opening and curved shape.

Q: Is the Monogram Artsy MM made entirely from leather?
A: No. This model combines brown Monogram coated canvas with a natural cowhide leather handle featuring a braided detail. The canvas exterior is distinct from the embossed leather used on Artsy Empreinte models.

Q: Can I carry the Artsy MM on my shoulder or crossbody?
A: The Artsy MM is designed to be carried using its single handle, by hand, in the crook of the arm or on the shoulder where the fit allows. Shoulder comfort varies with your build, clothing and the weight of the contents. It is not designed as a crossbody bag, and no separate shoulder strap is included with this item.

Q: Does the Artsy MM have a zipped closure and internal pockets?
A: The Artsy MM has an open-top main compartment rather than a full zipped closure. The model typically features one internal zipped pocket and six patch pockets for organising smaller belongings. The zipped pocket offers a separate place for small valuables, but does not close the main compartment.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor signs of wear on the corners. The interior is also rated very good, with a water mark on the brand tag. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition notes.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included, according to the product information. Do not expect a dust bag, box or separate accessory with this purchase.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The supplied country-of-origin information identifies this particular bag as made in France.

Q: How should I clean and store the Monogram Artsy MM?
A: Gently clean the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water, keeping moisture away from the natural leather. Avoid oils, alcohol-based products, leather lotions and harsh cleaners on the canvas. If the leather gets wet, blot it promptly with a light-coloured, lint-free absorbent cloth; do not scrub or attempt to remove stains with chemicals. Avoid overpacking and store the bag in a breathable cover in a ventilated place away from heat and direct sunlight. A storage cover is not included with this item.
