Q: What can I fit inside the Tambourine?
A: It is best suited to small daily essentials, such as a compact purse or cardholder, keys and lipstick, with room for a phone depending on its size. Capacity will vary with the dimensions of your belongings and how you pack them.

Q: Will my phone fit inside?
A: Phone fit is not confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your phone, including its case, with the bag's listed dimensions of 17 × 20 × 8 cm, allowing for the smaller usable interior and the shape of the opening. If you need a precise fit check, contact A Retro Tale before purchasing.

Q: Can I wear this bag crossbody, and is the strap adjustable?
A: This is a crossbody model with an adjustable strap. The supplied strap measurement is 52 cm, although it is not specified whether this represents the full length or the drop. Where the bag sits will depend on your height, clothing and strap setting; contact A Retro Tale if you need further sizing details.

Q: Where was this bag made, and is its production year known?
A: The country of origin is listed as France. No serial number or date code is supplied in the product information, so its precise production year cannot be confirmed from the available details.

Q: How should I clean and store a Monogram Tambourine bag?
A: Louis Vuitton recommends gently cleaning Monogram coated canvas with a damp cloth and slightly soapy water, without soaking the bag or wetting any natural leather trim. Avoid oils, alcohol-based products, leather lotions and harsh cleaners on the canvas. Do not attempt to remove stains from natural leather with cleaning products. Store the bag away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity in a breathable protective cover; this item does not include a dust bag.

Q: How is authenticity checked at A Retro Tale?
A: A Retro Tale states that every item undergoes a rigorous authentication process by its experts and that it guarantees the authenticity of the products it sells. This assessment is separate from whether original packaging or accessories are included.
