Q: How do you authenticate vintage Fendi bags?
A: At A Retro Tale, authenticity is a priority. Vintage Fendi bags are typically assessed through a combination of craftsmanship details such as materials, stitching, hardware, lining, branding and interior codes or tags where applicable. As with many vintage pieces, details can vary by era, so authentication is based on the bag as a whole rather than on one feature alone.
