Q: What size is this Chanel CC Flap Bag?
A: This bag is listed as the Small Classic Flap variant and measures 28 cm wide × 18 cm high × 5 cm deep. Use these item-specific measurements when judging its size rather than generic Chanel size guides.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its listed dimensions, it is best suited to compact essentials such as a phone, cardholder, keys and lipstick. Its 5 cm depth limits space for bulky items, and the exact fit depends on your belongings and the internal layout.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: This item is categorised as a shoulder bag, with a listed strap measurement of 50 cm. The product information does not specify whether this is the full strap length or strap drop, so crossbody suitability cannot be confirmed. Contact A Retro Tale for clarification if crossbody wear is important to you.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor signs of wear on the corners and leather, while the interior is in very good condition with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is the bag, and where was it made?
A: The listed colour is camel, and the country of origin is France.

Q: Does this bag come with an authenticity card, box or dust bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. An authenticity card, box and dust bag are not listed, so please do not assume they are included. The recorded serial number is 5554787.

Q: How does A Retro Tale authenticate its bags?
A: A Retro Tale guarantees the authenticity of the items it sells. Its specialist experts review details such as stitching, handles and construction as part of its authentication process. A serial number alone should not be treated as proof of authenticity.

Q: How should I care for this Chanel bag?
A: Gently clean it with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could damage the finish. Protect it from prolonged sunlight and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with dark clothing to minimise the risk of colour transfer onto the camel exterior.

Q: How should I store the bag when not in use?
A: Store it upright in a protective pouch, away from sunlight and moisture. Lightly fill it with tissue paper to support its shape, and protect the strap and hardware with tissue so they do not mark the leather. A storage pouch is not listed in the product information.
