Q: What colour and material is this bag?
A: This is the black Caviar version of the Chanel CC Grand Shopping Tote. Caviar leather has a distinctive grained texture and is generally valued for its durability, although it can still develop scratches and signs of wear.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs for a closer look at its condition.

Q: Can I carry this tote on my shoulder or crossbody?
A: The Grand Shopping Tote is designed for shoulder carrying using its twin handles. This item's listed handle measurement is 25 cm. Shoulder comfort and clearance will depend on your build and clothing; no separate crossbody strap is listed in the product information.

Q: What can I fit inside, and will it hold a laptop?
A: It offers space for everyday essentials such as a purse, phone, keys, glasses case and a small pouch. Laptop fit is not confirmed for this particular bag, and owners report differing results with the Grand Shopping Tote. Compare your device and sleeve with the listed measurements, bearing in mind that exterior dimensions do not equal usable interior space. Avoid forcing in bulky items or carrying excessive weight.

Q: When was this bag made?
A: The product information dates this bag to 2006–2008 and lists its partially concealed serial number as 11******. This gives a production period rather than an exact manufacturing date.

Q: Where was this Chanel bag made?
A: The country-of-origin label and product information identify this bag as made in Italy.

Q: What is included with the bag?
A: A serial number tag is listed in the product information. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed as included, so please do not assume they accompany this item.

Q: How should I clean and protect the leather?
A: Gently wipe the bag with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter its finish. Protect it from prolonged sunlight and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully blot it dry with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Avoid overfilling it to help preserve its shape.

Q: How should I store the bag between uses?
A: Store it upright in a protective pouch, with light tissue-paper support inside to help maintain its shape. Wrap the handles and chains in tissue paper so they do not press against or mark the leather. Keep it away from prolonged light and moisture.
