Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What is the Louis Vuitton Empreinte Boulogne PM made from?
A: This black Boulogne PM is made from Monogram Empreinte leather, a grained cowhide leather embossed with Louis Vuitton’s signature Monogram pattern. Unlike Monogram canvas, Empreinte is leather rather than coated canvas.

Q: Does the Boulogne PM have a zip closure and an inside pocket?
A: The Monogram Empreinte Boulogne PM design has a double-zip closure and an inside flat pocket for smaller essentials. The main compartment accommodates your everyday belongings, while the pocket helps keep slim items separate.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is graded Excellent Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Excellent Condition does not mean unused or free from signs of wear.

Q: Does this bag come with a box and dust bag?
A: Yes, a box and dust bag are listed in the product information. Please refer to the product information for confirmation of everything included with this particular item.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin recorded for this particular bag is France. Other Boulogne PM bags may have different manufacturing origins, so the information for this item is the relevant reference.

Q: How should I clean and store Monogram Empreinte leather?
A: Gently clean surface marks with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water, avoiding soaking the leather. Do not use commercial cleaners, oils or chemical treatments, and keep it away from perfume and hand sanitiser. If it gets wet, blot it promptly with a light-coloured, lint-free cloth. Store it in its dust bag away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
