Louis VuittonMonogram Noé GM Bag

Q: Is the Louis Vuitton Monogram Noé GM made entirely from leather?
A: No. The classic Monogram Noé combines coated canvas with natural cowhide-leather trim, a leather base and a leather shoulder strap. The natural leather develops a darker patina over time.

Q: What are the measurements of this bag?
A: This particular bag measures approximately 34 cm high × 26 cm wide × 19 cm deep. These are the measurements for the vintage item listed here; specifications for newer Noé models may differ.

Q: What can I fit inside the Noé GM?
A: Its roomy bucket shape should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses and a small cosmetics pouch, with space for additional compact items. Capacity depends on how you pack it. Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this item, so compare your device and its case with the listed measurements before purchasing.

Q: Can this bag be worn cross-body?
A: This Noé GM is designed for shoulder wear and has an adjustable strap with a listed measurement of 28 cm. It is not listed as a cross-body bag, so do not assume that the supplied strap will provide a comfortable cross-body fit.

Q: How does the Noé GM close?
A: The Noé uses a leather drawstring to gather the opening rather than a zip. Tighten and tie it gently to help keep your belongings inside, avoiding excessive pulling on the leather cord.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor signs of wear on the leather and corners, with light watermarks on the base. The interior is also in very good condition, with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included, according to the product information. A dust bag, box or other additional item should therefore not be expected with this purchase.

Q: How should I care for the canvas and leather?
A: Keep the bag away from water, prolonged sunlight, direct heat and abrasive surfaces. Avoid contact with oils, cosmetics, perfume and alcohol-based products. If it becomes wet, gently blot it with a light-coloured, lint-free absorbent cloth. Do not use soap or solvents, and avoid trying to scrub out the existing watermarks. Store it in a breathable protective pouch when not in use; no pouch is included with this item.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The supplied product information lists France as the country of origin for this particular bag.
