Q: What material and colour is this Chanel bag?
A: This Chanel CC Jumbo Patent Flap Bag is black with a glossy patent finish. The product identifies it as a Classic Flap model.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

A: Jumbo Flap bags are generally suited to everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and small personal items. Exact dimensions are not supplied for this piece, so please contact A Retro Tale to confirm whether particular belongings will fit. Avoid overfilling the bag to help preserve its shape.

Q: Does this bag come with a box, dust bag or authenticity card?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: What is the serial number of this bag?
A: The serial number recorded in the product information is 18385503. A production date is not specified.

Q: Where was this Chanel bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France.

Q: How should I clean and protect the patent finish?
A: Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive rubbing, chemical cleaners and care products that could alter the finish. Although glossy, patent leather still needs careful handling. Keep it away from prolonged sunlight and humidity, and avoid extended contact with materials that could transfer colour. If the bag gets wet, gently blot it with an absorbent, lint-free cloth rather than rubbing.

Q: How should I store this bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in a protective fabric pouch, away from prolonged light and moisture. Lightly fill it with tissue paper to support its shape, and wrap any chain or strap in tissue paper to prevent it pressing against the finish. A storage pouch is not listed in the product information.
