A: Louis Vuitton describes the Keepall 50 size as cabin-friendly. However, acceptance depends on your airline, ticket allowance and the bag's packed dimensions and weight. Compare this item's measurements of 50 × 25 × 22 cm with your airline's current limits before travelling; do not assume it qualifies as a free under-seat personal item.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap?

Q: Which accessories are included, and what is a poignet?
A: The product information lists a name tag and a poignet. The name tag is a luggage identification tag, while the poignet is a handle keeper that fastens the two handles together. A padlock, keys, dust bag and box are not listed as included.

Q: Is the Monogram Keepall made entirely from leather?
A: No. The classic Monogram Keepall design combines coated canvas with natural cowhide leather handles and trim. The patterned body is coated canvas, not an all-leather exterior.

Q: How should I clean and store this vintage Keepall?
A: Gently wipe the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth and a little mild soapy water, keeping moisture away from the natural leather trim. Avoid solvents, oils and leather lotions on the canvas or natural leather. If the leather gets wet, blot it promptly with a light-coloured, lint-free cloth. Store the bag in a breathable dust bag in a ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat, and avoid overpacking.

A: The country-of-origin label for this item states France. The identifier recorded in the product information is SP0987.
