PradaSunglasses

Q: What do the size numbers 140 x 56 x 19 mean?
A: These figures usually refer to the temple length, lens width and bridge width in millimetres. For this pair, that means approximately 140 mm temples, 56 mm lenses and a 19 mm bridge. It is the best starting point for comparing the fit with a pair of sunglasses you already own and wear comfortably.

Q: Will these Prada sunglasses suit a medium or larger fit?
A: A 56 mm lens and 19 mm bridge generally suggest a medium fit with slightly generous lens coverage. Fit can still vary by face shape and frame design, so the safest approach is to compare these measurements with your current sunglasses.

Q: Are these authentic Prada sunglasses?
A: Yes. Every item sold by A Retro Tale is professionally authenticated by our in-house experts. They assess brand details such as materials, construction, branding and overall consistency before an item is offered for sale.

Q: Are the lenses polarised?
A: Polarised lenses are not stated in the product information for this pair. Prada usually identifies polarised lenses clearly when they are present, so unless confirmed otherwise, it is best to treat these as standard tinted lenses.

Q: Can these sunglasses be fitted with prescription lenses?
A: Some Prada sunglasses can take prescription lenses, while others cannot. As the product information for this exact pair does not confirm prescription compatibility, we recommend asking a qualified optician to assess the frame before ordering lenses.

Q: Do Prada sunglasses provide UV protection?
A: Prada sunglasses are generally designed as protective eyewear, but the exact UV specification for this pre-owned pair is not listed on this page. If you would like formal confirmation of UVA and UVB protection, an optician can test the lenses for you.

Q: What is included with this pair?
A: This item includes a box. If another item is not listed in the product information on this page, it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: What condition are they in?
A: This pair is listed in Like New Condition, with hardware noted as very good. As with all pre-owned pieces, minor signs of handling may still be possible, so we recommend reviewing the images closely for the best impression of current condition.

Q: Where were they made?
A: The country of origin label states Italy.

Q: How should I care for pre-owned Prada sunglasses?
A: Clean the lenses gently with a soft microfibre cloth and avoid paper tissues, abrasive cleaners or alcohol-heavy products. Store them in their box or another protective case when not in use, keep them away from excessive heat, and avoid placing the lenses face down to help minimise scratches.
