Q: What are the measurements of this Balenciaga Neo Classic City Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 22 cm wide, 15 cm high and 10 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 8 cm and the strap measurement is 47 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its compact dimensions make it best suited to a small selection of essentials, such as a phone, cardholder, keys and lipstick. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them. Check your phone dimensions, including its case, before purchasing; this bag is not suitable for a laptop.

Q: Can I carry this bag by hand or wear it crossbody?
A: The bag has top handles for hand carrying and a strap for hands-free wear. The listed strap measurement is 47 cm. Crossbody comfort and positioning will depend on your height and clothing, so check the measurements carefully rather than assuming a particular fit.

Q: How does the Neo Classic differ from the original Balenciaga City bag?
A: The Neo Classic offers a more structured, trapezoidal silhouette than the original City bag's softer, slouchier shape. It retains recognisable motorcycle-inspired details, including braided handles and stud detailing. This compact example is better suited to carrying essentials than a larger City bag.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This item is graded Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny, with light scratches. It is a pre-owned piece rather than a pristine or unused bag.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This Balenciaga Neo Classic City Bag is black. Its country-of-origin label identifies Italy.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag or other extras?
A: A dust bag is included in the product information. A box and authenticity card are not listed as included, so please do not assume they accompany this item.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Gently remove surface dust with a soft, dry cloth. Store the bag in its dust bag away from moisture, direct sunlight and heat, with light support inside to help preserve its shape. As the exact material is not specified in the product information, seek specialist advice before applying cleaners, conditioners or protective sprays.

Q: Is authenticity guaranteed?
A: A Retro Tale provides an authenticity guarantee and states that its items are verified by experts. A separate digital third-party authentication certificate is offered as an additional service; it is not listed as included with this bag.
